Seems like this should use blower fans rather than axials.

Yes, they would be more suited for high velocity output. But as it is right now, the current configuration will cool just about anything I can deliver to the build plate. So I am not seeking for any additional cooling performance for the moment.

Of this system requires upgrade, I will look at axial fans. Any decent source for 150CFM axial fans you know of?

yes! Major Difference.

I include the PID tune values into my filament settings. This way I I use a filament that does not require HevACS or little from it PID is adjusted at the start.

What's wrong with the HevACS in current state? You mentioned that you could release, but I would need to thinker a little to fit my HevORT?

I have moved the WIP HevACS file into: "SubASSY/Frame and Enclosure" from the fusion collaborative area.

Remaining to be done:
1 - Fix Clash with Upper Z Ball Screw bearing mount
2 - Optimize flow diffuser inside the nozzle for better flow into the corners
3 - Make design parametric to accommodate for various printer size
