No. As far as i know the Duet 3 is still not supported by Klipper.

Have you made any progress on this? I have klipper flashed to the Duet 3, but I have not started the process of configuring pins. The board schematics on github have, what I think is, a hint to what the pins are. I'm going to try to put some time into it this weekend.
