Mosquito and Sherpa mini mount

Post by login721 »

My attempt to make the mounter for the Mosquito hotend and Sherpa mini extruder.
You will need some M3xD4.2XL3.0 brass thread insert to assembly the mounter.

2020-12-06 : Updated new design with better cooling. And 5015 blower fan mounter. The 5015 fan duct is from Bear Extruder.

STL : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4674510
The CAD file : https://github.com/ChipCE/3d-printing/b ... ount.FCStd

This is a good candidate for MGN 9 rail. Thanks for sharing :)

I come and look at this again and clearly, that picture must have influenced my brain for the HextrudORT! Great design!
Sinking the motor in the carriage is the key thing to get proper nozzle clearance under the carriage.

So have you been printing with it?
