IGUS Sampler box

Post by guitartoys »

I just wanted to point out I'm really impressed with the IGUS folks. I ordered the IGUS flange bearings from them, and just the other day a sampler box showed up with some really nice stuff, including some drag chain samples.

That alone will have me end up getting my drag chain from them.

They seem to be a good company. Nice call there Oliver

IGUS has some really nice products and we use some IGUS product lines in the company I work for. It can be expensive, but it is high quality and durable if used properly.
I have some Drylin T guide rails with carriers laying around. Really neat stuff.

But now i'm a bit curious.. @guitartoys, how are the IGUS flanges compared to POS8 rod-ends?

I really like the quality of the flanges, and how they position compared to the rod-ends. I just haven't gotten round to making the changes to the CAD files to allow me to make the swap.

I will still stick with the wobble wings. I'm about a week away from starting to print on my HeVORT, and will probably get that dialed in a bit and printing before making any changes.

Once I make the switch, I'll make a post.
