Our company needs to produce a pair of customized shoes for specific people. He was born with a congenital foot deformity. Two months ago, his sister contacted us and ask us to design a pair of customized shoes for her brother. We use a 3D scanner for 3D printer to scan his feet and then export the feet' 3D models in STL format.
Our designer imports the feet 3d models into 3d software and designs customized shoes very fit for his feet. We 3d printed this customized shoe with soft material, and let him try to wear the shoe prototype. The result is perfect.
