Very cool! About how often are you having to tighten screws, and how out of adjustment are they when you finally get to them?

Its primarily the improvised little brackets I made for the BLtouch. Which seems to loosen every time I let the printer cool down completely.

I finally got the filament flow rate dialed in for the PEI, surprisingly it was 80% the flow rate of the PEKK even though they have similar densities.

And this stuff actually prints quite nicely with the layer lines nearly disappearing into an unusual matte looking texture.

I'm on to printing some J hooks to test layer adhesion and maybe a benchy

Impressive prints! Could you link the filaments you've used?
What are you using for bed adhesion?

For PEKK and PEI, I am using 3dXtech filaments. And I primarily use their filaments or Essentium brand for all of my filaments ABS/Nylon/PC/PEKK/PEI/PP. All are those 2 brands.

Oh and for bed adhesion I am using Elmer's Probond advanced glue on borosilicate glass
