Notice of Change for BOM

Post by MirageC »

All BOM modification record will be identified in this thread. Starting with this:
** ERRATUM **
Correction was made to the BOM for XY Standard and HT.

M3 T-Nuts for 3030 profile were missing for the Y axis. I thought I corrected this a while back but I ended up mixing them up with the 2020 profile M3s for the X axis. 🤦‍♂️

See the corrected BOMs here:
https://miragec79.github.io/HevORT/purchased/

They can be purchased here:
Small Qty: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1000035 ... hweb201603_

Bulk: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3291770 ... 4c4dtWXsMc

Erratum HD9mm

Post by lameran »

Before someone ask, i m pretty sure i should be 3 Mgn 12H Blocks instead of two in the BOM. Didn`t check the CAD Files, but 3 Rails had to mean 3 Blocks.

O, what's the length needed for the upper and lower 12mm wide, non-closed loop timing belt? Trying to source those.

thanks

Same belt length than non HD. difference is absorbed by the factored-in margin ;)

I noticed the new frame calculator does not include the X Axis Support component (Line38 in the previous version of the calculator) in the summary section, which appears to be a 2020 extrusion. Is this piece no longer needed?

Ignore me, the refresh didn't occur. All appeared correct the next time I refreshed it.
