Re: Complete Supplier List - References for (almost) every single part (Europe/China)

So I copied the cnc-store.eu order from the excel and ended up with 2 MGN12C carriage but this does not fit the HD9 or HD12 screw holes in the printed parts. I guess I order 2 MGN12H carriages now. Or is there some other way to fix this. Of course, I can drill new holes in the parts also. Any ideas?

Re: yet another high temperaure build(s)

Dold has shipped extrusions so those will arrive this week. Most Europe orders have arrived and most Aliexpress have not though I can keep busy on the frame. Prusa printer kit arrived on Friday and assembly is complete so will start on the printed parts. I figured if I could not put this together th...

Re: yet another high temperaure build(s)

I saw someone else with ht build do the 6060 on the outer corners so I thought I would try but maybe not needed. CF square tube that withstands 180c can be purchased from a spanish company clip carbono. https://www.clipcarbono.com/en/home/948-square-fiber-carbon-tube-outer-20x20-mm-interior-16x16mm-...

Re: yet another high temperaure build(s)

First 5 packages arrived yesterday. Dold has not shipped the extrusions yet but they said like 3 weeks and it has only been 2 so far. Some worker there is cursing me. Was planning my chamber heating. Was thinking 2 x 900 W finned strip heaters for the 315x315 build. At startup both would come on unt...

Re: yet another high temperaure build(s)

Yes, I read the other high temperature build logs. The 60x60 corners are directly taken from those. Would be good though to standardize the chamber heating mechanism/electronics/sensors within the project. I'm working on a stratosphere/space telescope array concept and will use the printer to make p...

yet another high temperaure build(s)

Starting some high temperature builds 315xy and 515xy HD9. Most parts ordered now and waiting for the deliveries to start. Interested in making stackable satellite frames in high temp plastic with as few parts as possible similar to idea behind Tesla Gigapress. Will initially launch to stratosphere ...

Re: HEVORT HT enclosure and heater modifications

Looking good. Are you planning to protect the linear rail and ballscrew in some way or will they also be 100+ celcius? I am buying parts now and high temperature rated linear rail in the needed lengths is not easy to find. I've seen some recommendations to cool them.

Not sure about your question but keep posting. I am ordering parts now to start my own high temperature build.
