Cheers Guys, yes, I am already using similar type of settings, I was just hoping someone had a complete profile that would address support structures, bridge flows, etc...
If not, I will tune mine then and share later.

Re: Firmware Configuration - Duet
Hi, Mmm...I replied before I saw you had this fixed, anyway, below methodology works well: M669 K1 ; select CoreXY mode ; Drives M569 P0.0 S1 ; physical drive 0.0 goes forwards - X-Axis M569 P0.1 S1 ; physical drive 0.1 goes forwards - Y-Axis M569 P0.2 S1 ; physical drive 0.2 goes forwards - Extrude...

Cheers,
Beano

Re: Nemesis - my buildlog
Ha, finally getting back to Nemesis.
Busy designing a 4-axis active belt tensioner for my racing sim, and now in need of printing some custom pieces. Just doing the first run of a belt roller, will post pix over the weekend. It lives, hehe.

Re: Glenn's HevORT, size TBC HD9 build!!
He, great to see your progress, Glenn, and yes, HD9 a bloody awesome choice! Probably the best option, if staying with steppers, tbh. Looking forward to more! Glad you made it over from the Dark Side

Ha, fine-tuning this beast's gunna be fun, Glenn! Just busy making adjustments to the belts, playing more than doing anything useful actually :) Will start serious tuning on the weekend, then will dump some nylon-cf filament in and print the housing for my iRacing Porsche 919 LMP1 steering-wheel. Ho...

Re: Nemesis - my buildlog
Busy calibrating my Hevort now, printing some cube to check ringing, getting better. Then will tune the harmonics quickly using the accelerometer on the Duet Toolboard, do the spectrum analysis quickly, and enter the resonant frequency in the config file, then will print something to see how it does...

Re: My 515x515x540 HD12 Build
Great news! And lols at your last statement, reminds me recently dumping the HextrudORT because I kept having stepping issues, using a variety of steppers and hot-ends….and the culprit turned out to be clogging the heat-break because the fan used for cooling was to small. Shipped with the Mosquito, ...

Re: Nemesis - my buildlog
With the Duet web-interface, and since RRF FW V3.2, there is support for accelerometers. This can of course be used to calibrate your device to remove harmonics at specific frequencies. Lucky me, the Duet Toolboard I am using on my print-head has a built-in accelerometer, I had to add a quick gcode ...
